Shipping & Returns

Shipping:  Most orders ship via UPS ground within the time period specified per the product that is ordered unless notified by email by Cedar Specialties.  Lumber and large orders ship by truck.  You will receive a call from the trucking company to schedule a delivey time.  Please note that the trucking company is responsible for delivery to the curb only.  Unloading is the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations:  An order may be cancelled at no charge within 24 hours of receiving an order confirmation from Cedar Specialties. If you wish to cancel an order after that time you must get approval from Cedar Specialties by calling 609-678-0134. Once an order has shipped it may not be cancelled and is subject to our return policy.

Returns:  An order may be returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer provided the following requirements are met: 1) An RMA number is obtained by calling Cedar Specialties at 609-678-0134. 2) The product is unused and in original condition. 3) The product is in its original packaging. 4) It is not a special order item. Special order items are marked as such in the product description. A restock fee of 15% may apply depending on the product. Shipping fees for returns are the responsiblility of the customer. If a product is found to be defective a replacement part will be sent out at no charge to the customer. In the event it is not possible to replace the defective part then a new product will be sent at no charge to the customer.
